Staying at the hotel was a mix of comfort and some unusual elements due to initial booking confusion. The rooms on the 4th floor, once settled in, provided a cozy and pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout, making the overall experience enjoyable despite minor hiccups. The location, though not as central as expected, still had its merits with good proximity to transport links. The dining options, while decent, had some room for improvement in terms of value. My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was very clean and had a lovely bathroom, but it had an odd smell and a viewless window. The location was perfect for me near my son's university, but the dining experience left much to be desired.
I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, the rooms were pretty good: spacious, nice shower, but it felt a bit stuffy with just a small fan. I'd recommend it to a friend, though.

I had an extremely comfortable stay at the hotel. The room was warm, with an easy-to-open window and a Roman Blind for privacy at the top of the hotel. It was very clean, had a great bathroom with beautiful tilework, and a powerful shower. The service was a bit unmoved in one instance but overall very helpful with luggage and super friendly. The location was perfect for my needs, even though it could have been a bit more central. The dining experience was tasty, and the facilities were great, especially the honesty bar with free coffee and teas.
